Under a new agreement between Circuit Ricardo Tormo and EuroNASCAR, the Spanish venue will host the popular Valencia NASCAR Fest until the 2029 season.
Circuit Ricardo Tormo will be featured in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series calendar for the foreseeable future after it was announced that the Spanish circuit will host the Valencia NASCAR Fest until 2029.
The news follows upon the successful hosting of the 2024 Valencia NASCAR Fest, which provided fans with plenty of stories to remember, such as the Big One in EuroNASCAR PRO and the on-track teammate drama in EuroNASCAR 2.
Circuit Ricardo Tormo will guarantee “the continuity of one of the most popular races of its calendar in spring from 2025 to 2029”, hinting at the venue’s plan to stay as the season opening round for five more seasons.

“EuroNASCAR Management Group confirmed another fundamental long-term partnership for the coming years,” announced the series on its official release.
“The NASCAR Whelen Euro Series, the official European NASCAR championship, and the Circuit Ricardo Tormo extended their contract through the 2029 season, securing five more years of Pure Racing at Valencia’s 4.005-kilometre venue.”

The most recent edition of Valencia NASCAR Fest is the twelfth visit to the 4.005-kilometer circuit. First joining the calendar on EuroNASCAR’s first NASCAR-sanctioned year in 2012, Valencia NASCAR Fest was formed for the track’s return as the season opener in 2014.
The NASCAR Fest remains as the opening round to this day, with the exception of 2020 where circumstances related to COVID-19 turned the round into the season ending Valencia Super Speedweek.
Valencia’s stay in the calendar was welcomed by both parties, with representatives from EuroNASCAR and Circuit Ricardo Tormo expressing their gratitude and praise towards each other.

“Circuit Ricardo Tormo is definitely one of the jewels of the EuroNASCAR calendar, offering competitors and fans one of the best racing experiences you can find in Europe,” said EuroNASCAR’s founder, CEO and President Jerome Galpin.
“The track layout is fantastic, fans can see everything from the grandstands, and the circuit staff is very professional and welcoming.”
“If you add the great atmosphere of the Valencia riviera and the sunny weather, we have everything to continue to grow the Valencia NASCAR Fest into one of the best racing events in Europe. So it’s truly a pleasure and an honor for us to announce this 5-year partnership extension.”

“The Valencia NASCAR Fest is one of the most important events of the Circuit’s annual calendar,” adds Nicolás Collado, General Manager of Circuit Ricardo Tormo.
“That open atmosphere is one of the keys to success: NASCAR fans have the opportunity to get close to the cars and meet the drivers on the starting grid in person, that is something unique and highly valued by our public.”
