Paul Jouffreau extends his contract with RDV Competition and is set for his third EuroNASCAR PRO season in 2025.

Paul Jouffreau will stay with RDV Competition for a third season in the 2025 NASCAR Euro Series season. The Frenchman is once again set to race the No. 3 Ford Mustang in EuroNASCAR’s top division.

Fresh off from his 2023 EuroNASCAR OPEN title win, Jouffreau went on swinging in his first full PRO campaign. Jouffreau only took two wins to champion Vittorio Ghirelli’s tally of seven, but eight podiums helped him to bring the title fight down to the wire.

It wasn’t a perfect year for Jouffreau in 2024, however. His 2024 was overshadowed by a large off-track controversy that took place prior to the NASCAR GP Italy at Vallelunga.

Jouffreau was caught to have spoken racial slurs to Eliza “Elz” Indriani, an Indonesian sim racing streamer. The incident took place during a Twitch stream hosted by Indriani.

The 21-year old driver was put into a two-year probation by EuroNASCAR and voluntarily left from his sim racing organization Unity Racing as a result of the incident.

“I’m very happy to continue with RDV Competition,” said Jouffreau to euronascar.com. “For me, it’s the best team in the championship and we’ve already shown what we’re capable of.”

“Since we’ve been together, we’ve won the team championship every year. The only thing missing is the PRO title and that’s what we’re aiming for this year. We know what we missed last season and where I need to improve.”

Despite the off-track controversies, Violas has continued to put his trust in Jouffreau. In a sense, it is justified because Jouffreau’s speed has brought a great amount of resurgence for RDV.

Jouffreau pretty much single-handedly won the Teams title for RDV in 2023 and successfully defended the title in 2024 with the help of teammate Patrick Schober.

With 2025 being their third season together, Violas believes that they have what it takes to bring Jouffreau to the top step of EuroNASCAR.

“I’m proud to lead my team back to the grid of the NASCAR Euro Series that I love so much,” said Violas to euronascar.com. “Paul is an RDV Competition product. We have all given him 100% and he gives it back to us on the track.”

“He has developed a lot in two years with us. He was champion in OPEN, Junior Trophy winner in PRO. So far we have missed the step to the top, but we will do it together.”

“We have youth at the wheel and experience in the team. We will have a strong preparation. That is our cocktail for 2025. We will soon announce the rest of our EuroNASCAR team.”
