“The NASCAR Whelen Euro Series will be one of the highlights of this weekend’s Autosport International Show in the United Kingdom,” announced the series on euronascar.com. “The annual event, held at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre, has been a launching pad for the new season in both British and international motorsport since it was first run in 1991.”

“From the 11-14th of January, EuroNASCAR will be present with one show car in the booth and one two-seater car ready to make noise in the show area. Several EuroNASCAR personnel will also be on-hand to welcome fans, media and potential new drivers alike.”

The four-day event that bills itself as “Europe’s Largest Motorsport Show” is the second automotive show that EuroNASCAR will take part in the build up to the 2024 season after the 2023 Essen Motor Show, where the series was featured as part of NASCAR’s 75th anniversary.

EuroNASCAR will take advantage of Autosport International Show allowing drivers to join their cars in the Live Stage Arena – a first in the show’s history, according to Autosport – by inviting Scotsman Jack Davidson, the reigning Rookie Trophy winner, as its headline driver.

Davidson’s competitor – and 2023 EN2 champion – Paul Jouffreau is also set to make an appearance as does series founder, President and CEO Jerome Galpin, who is expected to be present for the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series Launch event that is scheduled to be held across two Live Stage days.

EuroNASCAR’s appearance in the Autosport International Show will bolster its rich history with the United Kingdom motorsport scene. The American SpeedFest round at Brands Hatch is EuroNASCAR’s longest lasting standalone event, having been held ten times from 2013 with a continuous increase in appeal from year-to-year.

The countdown for American SpeedFest 11, Powered by Lucas Oil will officially start during the 2024 Autosport International Show. Tickets for American SpeedFest 11 can be purchased at SpeedFest’s official website with Early Bird promotion still available up until 31 January.
