Breland is announced as the headline artist for the 2025 SpeedFest Music Festival, held during this year’s American SpeedFest EuroNASCAR round.
Famed American musician Breland is set for a trip to Brands Hatch during this year’s American SpeedFest.
The 29-year old artist from Burlington Township will headline Saturday’s running of the SpeedFest Music Festival. It is scheduled for 7-8 June, in time for EuroNASCAR’s return to the historic British circuit. Sunday’s headline artist will be announced at a later date.
“The first wave of artists for this year’s SpeedFest Music Festival presented by CountryLine has been confirmed, with acclaimed country artist Breland headlining the Saturday night entertainment on 7/8 June,” announced Brands Hatch on 20 February 2025.
“Breland is the highest profile artist yet to headline the event, and the first American artist to take to the stage for the prime Saturday night slot.”
“The Grammy award winning songwriter has received more than a billion career streams across various platforms and his breakout hit ‘My Truck’ has achieved a platinum rating.”
“Breland has also featured extensively on high profile US television shows, including Good Morning America, Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Kelly Clarkson Show.”
Breland, real name Daniel Breland, is described by the Country Music Hall of Fame as a “bold, new artist who is actively working to expand the bounds of country music.”
He became renowned for his unique music style. His style is described by New York-based music company Reservoir Media as a “hypnotic hybrid of country and trap highlighted by flashes of R&B soul and gospel-size vocal acrobatics.”
As mentioned in the official announcement, My Truck became the song that launched Breland’s career. He followed it up with other hits such as ‘Throw it Back’, ‘Praise the Lord’ and ‘Beers on Me’.
As of February 2025, Breland has gained more than 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify. On YouTube, the official music video for ‘My Truck’ has been watched 94 million times.

Interestingly, this is not Breland’s first rodeo with NASCAR. He was previously invited by NASCAR to sing the US national anthem during the 2023 Daytona 500.

The 2025 event will be the third edition of the SpeedFest Music Festival. It was introduced in 2023 as part of SpeedFest’s tenth anniversary year and was a big hit for the fans.
Dan Morgan, Sales and Operations Director of SpeedFest title sponsor Lucas Oil UK, praised the event for increasing the SpeedFest’s “exposure to a broad range of visitors”.
SpeedFest Music Festival will also feature numerous country artists from the UK and Europe. Names such as Jake O’Neill, Jack Browning, Niklas Juritsch, Brooke Law, Mikala Fredriksson and Rattlesnake Johnny will join Breland on the stage at Brands Hatch.
