Vladimiros Tziortzis aims for a better 2025 season with his new team SpeedHouse, where he’s set to race the No. 64 Ford in EuroNASCAR PRO.
SpeedHouse will have a new star to drive one of their Ford Mustang’s in the 2025 NASCAR Euro Series season. The French team announced the signing of Vladimiros Tziortzis on 27 January 2025, with Tziortzis bringing his sponsor HTFX to the team as well.
Tziortzis will continue to focus his efforts in EuroNASCAR PRO after a tough 2024 season. He is set to race the No. 64 HTFX Ford Mustang alongside Matthias Hauer. Hauer will have a part-time campaign in EuroNASCAR OPEN, as announced before.
“I’m really excited to be joining SpeedHouse for the 2025 season behind the wheel of the #64 Ford Mustang,” said Tziortzis. “I’m hungrier than ever and with the team’s commitment, I’m sure we have a common goal: the title.”
“I’m ready to do my best and get the results we all deserve. I can’t thank my platinum sponsor HTFX, my supporters and my family enough for their massive support. Without them, this wouldn’t be possible.”
“Representing my country Cyprus in a FIA certified and NASCAR authorized championship from 2020 makes me even stronger. I’m ready to bring the NASCAR Euro Series title home to my city of Nicosia.”
Tziortzis’ move to SpeedHouse marked the end of his successful five-year tenure at Academy Motorsport.
Having joined the team under its previous identity Alex Caffi Motorsport back in 2020, Tziortzis’ tenure at Academy brought EuroNASCAR to unprecedented levels of popularity in his home country of Cyprus.
Prior to joining PRO, Tziortzis enjoyed a great amount of success in EuroNASCAR OPEN. The Cypriot finished third and second in the 2022 and 2023 seasons respectively. He also scored a total of 12 OPEN pole positions, the most by any driver in the division’s history.
Tziortzis showed further potential right from his very first PRO outing at the 2023 Valencia NASCAR Fest. Not only did he clinched pole position on debut, he also became the first driver to secure pole position in both classes on the same race weekend.
Since then, the Cypriot’s time in PRO has been challenging. However, the 27-year old driver remains optimistic and plans to turn around his fortunes with SpeedHouse Racing.
“I’m really happy to confirm Vladimiros Tziortzis onboard at SpeedHouse for the next season and beyond,” said SpeedHouse’s team boss Lucas Lasserre in the official announcement.
“To have a top driver like Vladi is a great sign in our project. I know that Vladi has the capacity to put the car at the front. Together we had a strong battle in the past that’s totally fair.”
“It’s an advantage to have a pure racer like him at SpeedHouse. Furthermore, he’s just a good guy personally & professionally. In our common global project, it’s important to share the same values to win. I’m sure he will be in the fight for the top positions.”
