Gordon Barnes is chasing for his fourth EuroNASCAR Club Challenge title with Marko Stipp Motorsport after he signed a new contract with the German team for 2024.
Reigning three-time EuroNASCAR Club Challenge champion Gordon Barnes is back for another title defense after Marko Stipp Motorsport announced the Brit’s contract extension for the 2024 season.

Barnes will once again spearhead MSM’s effort in EuroNASCAR’s regularity-based division. He is expected to be the German team’s solo contender as last year’s part-time teammate Victor Neumann is stepping up to a double duty campaign in EuroNASCAR PRO and EuroNASCAR 2.
Barnes is the sixth driver to be confirmed for Club Challenge in 2024. Dani Briz, Edouard Fatio, Bruno Costa, Federico Monti and Andreas Kuchelbacher had all previously announced their plans to race in the division.

“I’m looking forward to driving with Marko Stipp Motorsport once again,” said Barnes in the official announcement. “We’ve been successful with three titles and eight event wins and are going to be the ones to beat. I know we’ll be starting in Spain with a target on our backs but we’re ready for the challenge.”
Barnes enjoyed a remarkable 2023, scoring two highly commanding victories to retain the title from the stiff competition presented by SpeedHouse’s duo of Florian Richard and Alain Mosqueron.

He also made his first start in EuroNASCAR’s two main divisions at his home race in Brands Hatch. Barnes received an opportunity to join Bremotion in EN2 for the American SpeedFest 10, Powered by Lucas Oil and drove a clean race, finishing 16th and 17th in the two races.
Barnes will start his title defense at Valencia, the regular season opener for EuroNASCAR across all classes. The 2024 Club Challenge season will also be held at Vallelunga, Most, Oschersleben and Zolder.
