Eric Quintal, who became the runner-up of what is now the Elite 2 class in Racecar Euro Series in 2010, took part in the first three seasons of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series under NASCAR official sanctioning as the teammate for Ander Vilariño in the dominant No. 2 TFT Racing team, scoring one podium with a best Championship finish of eighth in the 2014 season before leaving the series at the end of the season.
He returns for a part-time campaign for Mishumotors in 2018 and this year, he will make an appearance in Valencia to drive for Lucas Lasserre’s Speedhouse 64 in the No. 64 Speedhouse / Benahavis Chevrolet SS.
