Marko Stipp Motorsport has announced that they will retain the services of Evgeny Sokolovsky in 2021 as Sokolovsky plans to do a full-season campaign in both classes this year while also carrying a new sponsorship in the form of Gulf Grandprix Originals.
Wilfried Boucenna and Simon Pilate officially announced their plans to compete in the EuroNASCAR PRO class for Marko Stipp Motorsport and FEED Vict Racing respectively in this weekend’s NASCAR GP Croatia at Rijeka after both drivers were listed in the initial Entry List earlier this week.
Due to several team members being tested positive for COVID-19, Shadow Racing Cars with 42 Racing has been forced to withdraw from NASCAR GP Croatia. With help from Shadow’s team principal Marco Raggi and Jerome Galpin, Francesco Garisto will be temporarily switching teams to Marko Stipp Motorsport for this weekend’s race at Rijeka.
Marko Stipp Motorsport has announced the signing of Slovenian driver Gašper Dernovšek and Swiss driver Kris Richard as their EuroNASCAR 2 class drivers in the 2020 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series season. Dernovsek is scheduled to race full-time in the No. 46 car while Richard is scheduled to be racing at Vallelunga and Zolder as a temporary replacement for Kenko Miura.
Marko Stipp Motorsport has recently announced that Gordon Barnes, who competed with the team in the EuroNASCAR Esports Series earlier this year, will be joining the team for a full-time campaign in the EuroNASCAR Club Challenge class.
