Autodrom Most announced that RIQ Investments, led by Roman Staněk Sr., has completed a full acquisition of Autodrom Most – the home of NASCAR GP Czech Republic.

Changes are happening in the background for Autodrom Most – the home of NASCAR Euro Series’ yearly NASCAR GP Czech Republic – as the track announced a new leadership starting from 6 May 2026.

Investment company RIQ Investments will become the new owners of Autodrom Most after it completed the acquisition of Autodrom Most a.s., the parent company that runs the 4.212 kilometer circuit.

“The RIQ Investments investment group has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in AUTODROM MOST a.s., one of the key motorsports venues in Central Europe,” announced the Czechia circuit. 

“The transaction opens a new chapter in the development of the racetrack with an emphasis on motorsport, infrastructure and working with young talents.”

Autodrom Most CEO Josef Zajíček welcomed RIQ’s acquisition of the circuit, saying that he “sees the acquisition as a significant milestone in the further development of the company.”

Zajíček also adds that RIQ “has a clear ambition to strengthen the position of the autodrome on the international stage and further develop its activities towards young talents.”

RIQ Investments are led by Roman Staněk Sr., who was already involved in motorsport through the career of his son Roman Staněk Jr. Staněk Jr. currently competes in Super Formula, having previously enjoyed a long career as a Formula 2 mainstay.

According to the press release, RIQ Investments plans to modernize the infrastructure and technological integrations for Autodrom Most.

The press release also stated that RIQ “wants to actively focus on the development of motorsport, support of talented youth and strengthening cooperation with partners, the region and international organizations.”

“Autodrom Most has a strong tradition and extraordinary potential for the future,” said Staněk Sr. in the press release.

“We want to build on its history and at the same time further develop it as a center of top motorsport and a platform for educating a new generation of racers.”
