Bremotion extends Dominique Schaak’s contract into the 2026 EuroNASCAR season, confirming their commitment to stay in the NASCAR Euro Series for next year.

Dominique Schaak becomes the first driver to be confirmed for the 2026 NASCAR Euro Series season after he announced a new single-year deal with Bremotion to stay in the No. 99 Chevrolet Camaro squad.

The news was announced on 18 September 2025 through a video reel posted by the official EuroNASCAR Instagram account.

A day later, EuroNASCAR published an official report that confirms the 35-year old German’s third full-season campaign in the sport.

“I’m delighted to be on the grid for Bremotion in the #99 again in 2026,” said Schaak to nascar.eu. “I love the whole team and enjoy the time with them.”

“I have a lot of respect for Patrick. We have a great friendship that has grown out of it. We have achieved a lot together and still have a lot planned for the future.”

Schaak is enjoying a stellar sophomore year in his second EuroNASCAR OPEN season. The German has scored four top-10 finishes – after achieving none in 2024 – and tied his career best finish of sixth in Race 2 at Brands Hatch.

Already a steady driver who regularly finishes races, Schaak also improved his consistency. He’s one of the five drivers in EuroNASCAR OPEN to finish all 10 races in the 2025 season so far.

The improvement in results and consistency allowed Schaak to be in the fight for the overall top-10 championship positions. Schaak is currently ninth in the standings as of the NASCAR GP Germany, 102 points behind championship leader Thomas Krasonis.

“The team is growing in a healthy way and has a great attitude,” noted Schaak on the improvements for both himself and the Bremotion team. “I want to be part of that process, so it’s an honor for me to get behind the wheel of the #99.”

“2026 will be my third NASCAR Euro Series season. I’ve driven so much in my 26 years in motorsport, but the atmosphere, the environment, and the racing in the NASCAR Euro Series is something very special for me.”

Bremotion team boss Patrick Brenndörfer expressed his happiness at securing Schaak’s services for another season.

Brenndörfer and Schaak have been working together since Bremotion’s inaugural campaign in 2023, where Schaak made his one-off debut at Oschersleben.

“We are very happy about the contract extension with Dominique,” stated Brenndörfer. “He is not only a loyal and reliable driver, but an essential part of our team and a good friend!”

“We at Bremotion will do everything we can to make his home race and his 250th race start an unforgettable experience. The stage is set, let the show begin!”
