Czech superstar Martin Doubek returns for another double duty campaign with Hendriks Motorsport to defend his EuroNASCAR OPEN title.

The reigning EuroNASCAR OPEN champion Martin Doubek returns to the series in 2025. Doubek will once again race Hendriks Motorsport’s No. 7 Orion Ford Mustang in a double duty campaign.

The Czech driver has been a mainstay at Hendriks Motorsport since 2019. Doubek became a two-time EuroNASCAR OPEN champion and the winningest driver in the division’s history during his time with the Dutch team.

Doubek’s recent championship triumph in 2024 marked a momentous occasion for the 30-year old driver. When he clinched the title at Zolder, he became the first driver to win multiple titles in EuroNASCAR’s second division.

He comfortably led the championship from start to finish, scoring six wins and five runner-ups. His only blemishes came in the form of a DNF at Brands Hatch 2 and a sixth in the Zolder finale.

His campaign in EuroNASCAR PRO last year proved to be no slouch either. Doubek brought home four top class podium finishes, the most that he achieved in a season.

The success from 2024 has buoyed Doubek to focus his efforts more towards EuroNASCAR PRO in 2025, as stated on the official announcement that was published by EuroNASCAR on 11 January.

“My goal in PRO is to finish in the top 3 of the championship,” said Doubek to euronascar.com. “In previous years I have focused on the OPEN championship, but for 2025 the PRO division will be my priority.”

“As a two-time OPEN champion I should become a regular contender for PRO victories. However, I will try to defend my title.”

“Becoming PRO champion is the ultimate goal, but I’m still hungry to win races in OPEN. It’s my eleventh season in EuroNASCAR and I really like the series. I have a lot of friends in the paddock, in the team and among the fans.”

“I always look forward to meeting the EuroNASCAR family. I have the best team in Hendriks Motorsport and I’m looking forward to working with my team boss Roy [Hendriks] again.”
