EuroNASCAR PRO – Fastest Lap Leaders
The all-time table for drivers that have scored a fastest lap in at least one race of EuroNASCAR’s top division, EuroNASCAR PRO.
Having the fastest car is often the key to winning in the NASCAR Euro Series. A clear indication of a machine’s speed is its ability to set the fastest lap time during a race.
A total of 28 different drivers and 21 different teams have secured the Fastest Lap award since the first season under official NASCAR sanctioning in 2012.
Listed below are the all-time table for fastest lap scorers in EuroNASCAR PRO. The all-time list excludes races that are not considered as part of the official championship calendar, such as the 2012 exhibition race at Tours and the two Trofeo Angelo Caffi tournaments.
NOTE : The list shown below are correct as of the end of the 2024 EuroNASCAR Finals at Circuit Zolder. Drivers shown in “bold” are drivers that have competed in at least one (1) EuroNASCAR PRO race of the 2024 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series season.

DRIVERS
Ander Vilariño is the first driver to earn the Fastest Lap award in EuroNASCAR PRO. The Spaniard achieved this feat when he set the best lap time in the inaugural NASCAR Euro Series race under NASCAR sanctioning at Circuit Paul Armagnac in 2012.
The most recent driver to score the fastest lap for the first time is Lucas Lasserre. The Frenchman secured his first fastest lap award in Race 1 of the 2023 EuroNASCAR Finals at Circuit Zolder.
Alon Day currently holds the record for the most fastest laps with 33. The Israeli broke the previous record set by Vilariño with his 25th fastest lap award, achieved in Race 2 of the 2020 Valencia Super Speedweek.
Vilariño‘s tally of 24 fastest laps is still enough for second place in the all-time list. Loris Hezemans is third with 10 fastest lap awards.

TEAMS
On the Team’s side, CAAL Racing currently holds the record for the most fastest laps with 35. The Italian team beat the previous benchmark set by TFT Racing with their 29th fastest lap award, which they achieved in Race 1 of the 2022 Valencia NASCAR Fest.
CAAL are seven ahead of TFT Racing and PK Carsport, both teams having a total of 28 fastest lap awards credited under their name.
