Cypriot trading platform Capital.com, one of the fastest growing trading companies in the world, will sponsor their local talent Vladimiros Tziortzis for the upcoming 2026 EuroNASCAR season.
Vladimiros Tzioirtzis has a new primary sponsor backing his ride for the 2026 NASCAR Euro Series season.
Cypriot trading platform Capital.com takes over the role as Tziortzis’ “platinum” sponsor from fellow Cypriot company HTFX, which has sponsored Tziortzis for the past two seasons.
“In a press conference held on 28 January 2026 at the Journalists’ House in Nicosia, Capital.com announced that it has become the platinum sponsor of the Cypriot Nascar Euro Series driver Vladimiros Tziortzis, who will represent the island in the PRO category,” the official announcement said.
Tziortzis and Capital.com will embark their first season together onboard the No. 6 Ford Mustang, although Tziortzis has yet to reveal which team he’s going to be driving with in 2026.
Founded in 2016 by entrepreneur Viktor Prokopenya, Capital.com described itself as “one of the world’s fastest-growing trading platforms”.
According to its official website, there are more than 798 thousand traders that have registered with Capital.com, with 105 thousand of them currently acting as active monthly clients.
Capital.com is ranked by the Middle East branch of Deloitte – itself not a stranger to motorsport sponsorship – as the fastest growing technology company in the region in 2023, with a reported growth of 2,210%.
The following year, Capital.com announced that their trading volumes have surpassed the 1 trillion USD mark.
Capital.com’s European CEO Christoforos Soutzis, who attended the press conference, stated that the decision to sponsor Tziortzis came as a result of the shared principles between trading and motorsport.
‘’We chose to sponsor Vladimiros Tziortzis as a platinum partner because elite motorsport and high-pressure decision environments are built on similar principles,” said Soutzis in the press conference.
“NASCAR Euro Series championship is one of the most demanding championships in Europe. At the highest level, performance is not defined by speed alone.”
“It is defined by discipline, by the ability to operate within strict limits, process information accurately, and execute consistently over time.”
“Drivers operate within tightly controlled conditions, where preparation, judgment, and consistency matter more than instinct or impulse.”
“That way of operating resonates strongly with us. Capital.com operates in a landscape that is equally complex and fast-moving.”
Soutzis also added that sponsoring Tzortzis becomes important to show their willingness to support Cyprus’ national talent in an international championship like EuroNASCAR.
“There is also a strong parallel in where this journey begins,” added Soutzis. “Vladimiros is a Cypriot driver competing across Europe, operating within an international and highly regulated environment.”
“In a similar way, we have chosen Cyprus as the base for our European operations. For us, Cyprus is not just a location. It is a foundation.”
“Strong foundations allow organisations and individuals to operate consistently, regardless of external conditions. That is why supporting local talent matters.”
“Backing a Cypriot athlete who represents the country across Europe reflects our belief in investing in people who commit to discipline, preparation, and continuous improvement within demanding systems.”
“Vladimiros embodies those qualities, not only through outcomes but also through his approach. This partnership reflects a shared respect for structure, restraint, and execution under pressure, qualities that remain essential long after the noise fades.’’
Tziortzis is grateful with Capital.com’s support to his racing endeavors, believing that their partnership will help push each other to reach the goal of becoming the NASCAR Euro Series champion.
“I would like to thank Capital.com from the bottom of my heart for their trust,” said Tziortzis in the press conference. “Both industries are well known for their similar characteristics and values.”
“We will march together in the battles of the NASCAR Euro Series, and with the company’s support and the team’s commitment, I’m confident that we have a common goal, the European title.”
“Representing my island Cyprus from 2020 in a championship certified by the FIA makes me even more determined. I am ready to raise the Cyprus flag to the top and bring the European trophy to my hometown.”
