Profile:

A promising young driver from France, Florian Venturi made the switch to the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series in 2018 after he made huge impressions in French F4. He was immediately up to speed in his debut season and would prove his talents after finishing second in the Elite 2 standings last year, finishing only six points behind the champion Ulysse Delsaux.

This year, he was set to compete full-time in Go Fas’ No. 32 Cyclops Gear / HD Müz Chevrolet Camaro, but a disagreement between him and team boss Alain Lord Mounir would saw him quit the team just before the race week at Most. He tested Racers Motorsport’s No. 19 Camaro for Most during the Practice sessions, but ultimately did not race at Most as the future of his NASCAR career remains shrouded in mystery.
