EuroNASCAR OPEN – Pole Position Leaders
The all-time table for the drivers and teams that have scored pole positions in EuroNASCAR’s second division, EuroNASCAR OPEN.
In NASCAR Euro Series, Europe’s premier championship of stock car racing, it is important for drivers and teams to score a pole position to maximize their chances of winning a race.
A total of 46 different drivers and 23 different teams have scored a Pole Position in EuroNASCAR OPEN since the first season of official NASCAR sanctioning in 2012.
Listed below are the all-time pole position table for EuroNASCAR OPEN drivers and teams. The all-time list excludes races that are not considered as part of the official championship calendar, such as the 2012 exhibition race at Tours and the two Trofeo Angelo Caffi tournaments.
NOTE : The list shown below are correct as of the end of the 2024 EuroNASCAR Finals at Circuit Zolder. Drivers shown in “bold” are drivers that have competed in at least one (1) EuroNASCAR OPEN race of the 2024 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series season.

DRIVERS
Eric Quintal is the first driver to score a pole position in EuroNASCAR OPEN. The Frenchman achieved this feat when he secured first place on the grid for the first EuroNASCAR race under official NASCAR sanctioning at Circuit Paul Armagnac in 2012.
The most recent first-time pole sitter is Thomas Toffel, who secured his maiden pole position in the 2024 EuroNASCAR Finals at Circuit Zolder.
Cyprus’ Vladimiros Tziortzis currently holds the record for the most pole positions with 12. He passed the tally of previous record holder Tobias Dauenhauer with his 12th pole at Most in 2023.
Dauenhauer’s tally of 11 pole positions is still enough to put the German in second place on the all-time list. Martin Doubek currently sits in third with 10 pole positions.

On the Teams side, Hendriks Motorsport currently holds the record for the most pole positions with 35. The Italian team beat the previous record set by PK Carsport when they scored their 25th pole position in the 2019 American Festival of Rome at Vallelunga.
PK Carsport‘s tally of 24 pole positions is still enough to put them second in the all-time list. CAAL Racing sits third with 14 pole positions.
